API at api.nudglow.com and this website, operated by Elysra ("we", "us").
Nudglow runs pointer-movement workflows from your phone to keep your PC awake. One credit equals one minute of active workflow use.
Your credits are one pool with one reset date. A monthly subscription, when purchased, grants 2,400 credits. A verified rewarded ad grants 30 credits, at most two per UTC day, and ad credits you have not spent may not exceed 240 at any time. Free accounts receive 10 credits each 30-day cycle; accounts with an active subscription do not. New users receive a one-time 300-credit bonus after their first completed run (once per account and once per device). We may pause free or rewarded credits at any time to prevent abuse, and we may require a successful device check before granting them. We may also add credits to your account as support or goodwill. Subscription, ad, free and support credits all join your current credit cycle and share its reset date.
A cycle starts when credits are first added to an account that has no active cycle, and ends 30 days later. When a subscription period starts or renews, your new cycle ends 30 days after that moment or at the end of the paid billing period, whichever is later. All unused credits expire at the end of the cycle, and unused credits from the previous cycle expire when a subscription renews. Credits never roll over. If you start a subscription while you already hold ad credits, those credits move to the new cycle and its reset date. The app shows the date your credits reset. Credits with the earliest reset are spent first; subscription credits are spent before support credits, and support credits before ad credits. Credits have no cash value.
You need an account to use credits. You are responsible for keeping access to the Google account you sign in with and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your Nudglow account).
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play under Google's payment terms. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits are a limited license to use the service, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
Nudglow moves the pointer on computers you connect it to. You may use it only on equipment you own or are authorized to control. You agree not to use it to defeat security or attendance systems you are not entitled to deceive, to simulate presence dishonestly for payment, to violate any law, or to interfere with other users of the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and may reduce free usage, on reasonable notice in the app. If we discontinue the service entirely, active subscriptions are handled through Google Play.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and take effect on next use after 14 days' notice.
